Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and on boarding of new employees, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
- Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend resolutions.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Assist in performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource and Recruitment, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR or a related role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Career Level: Entry to Mid-Level
