Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical & digital)
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare letters, reports, and basic documents
- Assist with office coordination and customer communication
- Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills (MS Office preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently and professionally
