Job Description
The Direct Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of showroom operations, drive direct sales growth, and lead a high-performing team of sales reps to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Reporting to the Department Head of Sales & Marketing, this role will implement direct sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and ensure each showroom achieves its monthly and annual sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and propose proactive sales initiatives designed to continuously drive sales growth and meet targets.
- Drive and implement direct sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, with the support of your manager.
- Continuously adjust tactics based on performance data and market trends to optimize results.
- Systematically and efficiently recruit, train, and manage a team of showroom sales associates to ensure a high-performing, motivated workforce.
- Provide regular coaching on product knowledge, customer engagement, and effective sales techniques.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure team members are aligned with company objectives.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of Dodai’s e-motorbikes, positioning them as reliable and innovative products.
- Build and manage showrooms to meet international high standards, creating a structured, effective, and continuously improving environment.
- Ensure showrooms consistently deliver a superior customer experience and align with Dodai’s brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and evaluate lead generation activities.
- Use data-driven analysis to identify the most effective sales and marketing approaches to reduce the cost per sale.
- Track and optimize activities to increase showroom foot traffic and customer engagement.
- Ensure accurate and timely daily reporting on sales performance, customer interactions, and team productivity.
- Develop standardized processes to streamline reporting and enhance operational efficiency.
- Use data and solid logic to justify new ideas and suggest modifications to existing plans or strategies when necessary.
- Ensure the structure aligns with company goals while promoting team performance.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing direct sales or a related role, including at least 1–3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Understanding of direct sales methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
