Ethio Impact Consulting PLC is seeking an Brand Manager behalf of a private company.
- As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance our brand identity and drive customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all channels. Your insights and leadership will play a critical role in shaping the future of our brand
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for brand growth.
- Create and manage brand marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure product offerings align with brand positioning.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
Manage the brand budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI. - Lead cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing practices to keep the brand relevant.
Preform other related tasks as required. - Undertakes such additional duties which may from time to time be assigned to the Employee in the discharge of his/her duties.
- To ensure that a correct and proper image of the Company is maintained at all times
Requirements
• Strong understanding of brand development and marketing principles.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Education and experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or related field with five (6) years of relevant work experience. Full professional qualification is desirable.
